팥죽 (pat juk)

Porridge di fagioli rossi Porridge di riso fatto con fagioli rossi lessati e riso. Il riso è cotto lentamente nel liquido colato dei fagioli rossi lessati. Talvolta si aggiungono polpettine di riso dolce. Il porridge è condito a tavola con sale o zucchero.

Polenta aus roten Bohnen Reispolenta aus gekochten roten Bohnen und Reis. Reis wird in der Flüssigkeit der gekochten roten Bohnen gegart. Gelegentlich werden auch kleine süße Reisbällchen dazu serviert. Die Polenta wird am Tisch mit Salz und Zucker abgeschmeckt.

Red Bean Porridge Some traditional Korean beliefs say that Patjuk (red beanporridge) thrown on the gate on the winter solstice drives out evil spirits. It is a rice porridge made with boiled red beans and rice. Rice is simmered in the liquid strained from the boiled red beans. Small glutinous rice balls are sometimes added. The porridge is seasoned with salt and/or sugar at the table.

Papilla de frijol rojo Papilla de arroz hecha con alubias rojas cocinadas y arroz. El arroz se cuece en el líquido colado de alubias rojas cocinadas. A veces se le agregan pequeñas bolas de arroz dulce. La papilla se sazona con sal o azúcar en la mesa

Potage aux haricots rouges Potage obtenu à partir de riz mijoté dans un bouillon de haricots rouges. On peut y ajouter de petites boulettes de riz gluant. Se mange salé ou sucré.

Cháo đậu đỏ Cháo làm từ gạo cùng đậu đỏ luộc. Đậu đỏ sau khi luộc được xay lọc lấy nước và ninh với gạo. Đôi khi còn cho thêm bỏng gạo nếp. Cháo được trộn thêm muối và đường khi ăn.

عصيدة الفاصوليا الحمراء عصيدة الأرز المعدّة مع الفاصوليا الحمراء المغلية مع الأرز. يتم إعداد الأرز على نار هادئة في ماء الفاصوليا الحمراء بعد غليها. يتم أحياناً إضافة كرات صغيرة من الأرز الحلو ويتم إضافة الملح والسكر على الطاولة.

红豆粥 民间传说冬至那天将红豆粥洒在大门上能驱鬼辟邪。煮红豆的水过滤后加入白 米熬煮成粥，可按岁数放入年糕球，并用食盐和砂糖调味。

小豆粥 ゆでた小豆をこし、米を加えて炊いたお粥。もち粉で作った団子を入れることもある。 塩か砂糖で味付けして食べる。

팥죽 동짓날에 팥죽을 쑤어 대문에 뿌리면 악귀를 물리친다는 속설이 있다. 붉은팥을 삶아 거른 팥물에 쌀을 넣고 쑨 죽으로 새알심은 나이수대로 넣는다. 소금이나 설탕으로 간한다.
